‍General Terms and Conditions

I. Introductory Provisions

1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the rights and obligations between Sales J&F, s.r.o., with its registered office at Dražné 211, Kerhartice, 562 04 Ústí nad Orlicí, ID: 22439579, VAT number: CZ22439579 (hereinafter referred to as “Seller “) and customers (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer “) when selling goods through the online store at https://www.aquablockfix.cz (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”) just “E-shop”).

‍II. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

1. All orders placed through the E-shop are binding. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 2. The purchase contract is formed by confirmation of the order by the Seller. Confirmation of the order is sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.

‍III. Prices and payment terms 1. The prices of goods listed in the E-shop are final and include all taxes and fees. 2. The Buyer may choose the following payment methods: a. Cashless transfer to the Seller's account.B. Cashless by payment card via payment gateway.c. Cash upon personal collection at the Seller's address.

‍IV. Terms of delivery 1. The Seller will deliver the goods to the Buyer in the shortest possible time, but no later than 30 days from the confirmation of the order, unless otherwise stated for the specific goods. 2. The costs of delivery of the goods are borne by the Buyer according to the chosen mode of transport and are indicated in the order.

‍V. Withdrawal 1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 2. For withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer may use the sample form provided by the Seller or make an unambiguous statement of withdrawal. 3. The goods must be returned undamaged, without signs of use and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

‍VI. Complaints and warranty 1. The Seller is responsible for defects that the goods have upon receipt by the Buyer, as well as for defects arising during the warranty period. 2. The warranty period is 24 months unless otherwise stated for the specific goods. 3. The Buyer may submit a complaint in writing to the address of the Seller's registered office or electronically to the e-mail obchod@aquablockfix.cz.

‍VII. Protection of personal data 1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the E-shop website.

‍VIII. Final provisions 1. These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of March 5, 2025. 2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. For the Buyer, the Terms and Conditions are valid at the time of sending the order. 3. In the event of invalidity of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the other provisions shall remain in force. 4. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website of the E-shop and thus it is possible to archive and reproduce them by the Buyer.
